To deliver tag generation services, enforce daily free usage limits, maintain server security, and process analytics, we collect minimal operational data:

• • Anonymous Session Fingerprints: A randomly generated non-reversible browser identifier stored in local storage (`tbrew_fp`) to maintain rate-limiting quotas without collecting personal identity.
• • IP Addresses & Network Identifiers: We process client IP addresses and User-Agent headers to enforce rate limits, detect automated bot abuse, and log security events.
• • Search Queries & Inputs: Prompt texts and platform selections entered into the generator are processed via server API models to produce keyword tags and build high-speed search caches.
• • Google Analytics: We process aggregated, anonymous traffic metrics and page interaction data using Google Analytics (`gtag.js`) to measure application usage and performance.
• • Consent Records: Your cookie preference choice (`accepted` or `declined`) is logged to maintain audit records for data privacy compliance.

3. Advertising, Google AdSense & Third-Party Cookies

We may partner with Google AdSense and third-party advertising networks to display relevant advertisements on TagzBrew. In compliance with Google AdSense Policies:

TagzBrew integrates enterprise AI APIs (including Groq, Anthropic, and OpenAI) to process search prompts into structured SEO tags. Input texts sent to these providers contain only the search topic keywords you enter and contain no personal tracking beacons or user identification profiles.

TagzBrew is an independent software tool and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC, YouTube, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram, Facebook), ByteDance Ltd. (TikTok), Pinterest, Inc., X Corp. (formerly Twitter), Anthropic PBC, OpenAI, Inc., or Groq, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product names, logos, brands, and trademarks referenced belong to their respective trademark holders.

6. Data Security & Retention

Operational server logs, security event records, and search statistics are stored securely in database environments protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Operational rate limits automatically reset every 24 hours.

7. Your Rights under GDPR, CCPA & CPRA

Under global privacy frameworks including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• • You have the right to decline non-essential cookies via our Cookie Consent banner.
